In this analysis, we are reviewing XAGUSD (Silver / U.S. Dollar) šŖāŖ
Silver, as a precious metal, plays both an investment and industrial role, and is highly influenced by the U.S. dollar, interest rates, and global economic conditions.
š Market Structure Overview
On higher timeframes, we previously observed a long-term bearish trend, followed by a corrective move toward resistance zones.
This corrective move has reached the key 0.618 Fibonacci level of the previous bearish wave, where signs of trend weakness are now visible ā ļø
š¦ Consolidation Zone
At the end of this correction, volatility has decreased, and price has entered a consolidation (range) zone on a lower timeframe š
This range is clearly marked on the chart:
šø Range High ā key static resistance
šø Range Low ā important support
As long as price remains within this range, a range trading approach can be considered āļø
š Bullish Scenario
If price manages to break the static resistance on the daily timeframe:
ā”ļø It can confirm continuation of the bullish move
ā”ļø The probability of breaking previous highs increases
ā”ļø The market may enter a new impulsive upward phase šš„
š Bearish Scenario
If price breaks the dynamic trendline support (ascending support line) to the downside:
ā¬ļø It signals the end of the corrective move and continuation of the bearish trend
ā¬ļø Selling pressure is likely to increase
ā¬ļø Further downside toward lower support zones becomes more probable ā
š§ Conclusion
Silver is currently at a critical decision point, and a breakout from either the static resistance or dynamic support will likely define the next major move.
Until then, price action within the range remains tradable.
