
Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) reported a 68.43% year-on-year decline in net profit for the fourth quarter at ā¹117 crore, compared with ā¹371 crore in the same period last year.
According to exchange filings, the companyās revenue rose 3.2% to ā¹28,493 crore from ā¹27,602 crore a year ago. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased 58% to ā¹1,783.1 crore from ā¹1,128.8 crore, while margins improved to 6.3% from 4.1%.
For the full year FY26, revenue from operations stood at ā¹1,05,155 crore, compared with ā¹1,09,280 crore in FY25. Profit before tax surged to ā¹4,022 crore from ā¹113 crore, while profit after tax rose sharply to ā¹1,931 crore from ā¹51 crore in the previous fiscal.

The company said its board has not recommended a final dividend for FY26.
MRPL also noted that it received the FIPI Innovator of the Year (2025) award for its work in refining innovation and indigenous technology development. The award was presented by Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Hardeep Singh Puri at India Energy Week.
Ahead of the results, MRPL shares were trading at ā¹186.63 on the National Stock Exchange, down ā¹0.38 or 0.20% in the session.
