welcome to my new analysis about ARM (Arm Holdings plc) on the weekly timeframe perspective. In the past, I have spotted interesting stocks in the market that are likely to lead to strong trading opportunities. As I am following a total return trading approach, with both long and short candidates, the long trades protect the upside expansion potential, which is not covered by the short trades profiting from falling prices.
When looking at my chart, we can watch there how ARM, already in 2024, established this strong bullish momentum and volume spike towards the upside. Since then it has continued to form a consecutive wave count and develop a bull flag formation. This wave count has not finally completed, and ARM could emerge with the decisive breakout above the upper boundary of the bull flag formation. This price move now finally completed the formation and paves the way for further bullishness.
Taking all these factors into consideration, ARM has now activated the upper target area marked in green in my chart. As ARM now finalized the whole bull flag formation, it is setting up the next +250% expansion towards the upside. With the current strong and high bullish volume and momentum holding on, these targets will be reached sooner rather than later. Once the targets have been reached, I am going to assess the situation again and consider any changes.
