šŗ Liquidity Wolf Market Brief | Nasdaq (NQ)
The Nasdaq continues to trade at historically elevated levels after recently printing a fresh All-Time High near the 30,700 region. While the long-term trend remains firmly bullish, the latest expansion leg appears increasingly exhausted in the short term.
From a liquidity perspective, there remains a significant pool of resting liquidity below current price in the 30,050 area. Markets have a tendency to seek balance after aggressive expansions, and this imbalance remains largely unresolved.
My primary expectation is for price to gravitate toward this lower liquidity pool before any meaningful continuation higher can be sustained. Such a move would provide a healthier market structure, rebalance inefficiencies, and potentially create the foundation for the next leg of institutional accumulation.
Key Levels:
š Current ATH Region: 30,700
š Major Liquidity Target: 30,050
š Bias: Short-Term Pullback / Long-Term Bullish
As always, I am less concerned with predicting direction and more focused on identifying where liquidity is resting. Price follows liquidity, and currently there is considerably more opportunity below current market levels than above them.
Trade the liquidity, not the emotions.
