All digital and subscription orders are final and nonrefundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, your subscription will continue until it expires.
Products
We value your business and your satisfaction with our products. The return policy may vary and will depend on the product or service sold directly by us. BUYER in this policy is described as YOU, and COMPANY in this policy is described as VORKAST.COM.If BUYER for any reason is not satisfied with the product, the BUYER has fifteen (15) days to request a return or exchange. The return or exchange request has a period of eight (8) days for the return request, and seven (7) days to return the product(s). There will be a 30% restocking fee if the following conditions have not been met:
(a) Product must be returned in its original package, unopened, and the seal (if any) not broken off
(b) must include all free or promotional products that arrived with the order, excluding any marketing materials
(d) must request a return within the open return period
Collectible Products and Precious Metal Products: All sales are final and have no return or refund policy due to market value changes. If the product is not what the BUYER is looking for, the BUYER will have a period of three (3) days to request a return and two (2) days to return the product. There will be a 30% restocking fee if the following conditions have not been met:
(a) Product must be returned in its original package, unopened, and the seal (if any) not broken off
(b) must include all free or promotional products that arrived with the order, excluding any marketing materials
(d) must request a return within the open return period
Auction & Clearance: All auction and clearance product sales are final and have no return or refund policy unless stated in the product description.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and the BUYER is responsible for return shipping charges.
Damaged Shipped Package: If the BUYER receives a damaged package, the return policy above will apply, according to the product shipped.
Missing Delivery: All products are shipped with a tracking ID. COMPANY is not responsible for any missing shipments and must contact the shipping company directly.
Refund: Refund will be issued (if any) minus restocking fee, and/or other charges may occur, once the product has been returned, inspected, and passes the inspection for a refund. If inspection fails, the product will be returned to the BUYER.
