Gold is currently in a “breathing” phase. Based on my market reading, we are following a specific liquidity-clearing script before the next major historical impulse.
1. Internal Liquidity Capture (Current State):
Price is currently seeking to recover internal liquidity at intermediate levels. We might observe a 3-wave corrective structure (ABC) to test recent supply zones. This move will trap early buyers before the “real” capitulation occurs.
2. The Final Drop (The Last Wash-out):
I am anticipating one last bearish acceleration targeting the “Maximum Liquidity” pool. This is where the “weak hands” will be definitively flushed out. This wash-out zone is essential for institutional players to fill massive buy orders.
3. The Buy Zone & Acceleration to ATH:
