On Q Wave, the 1D regime remains bearish, while 4H is still below the slower structure despite the bounce; only the 1H has started to stabilize at the margin.
CME preliminary data for March 26 shows volume at 399,495 and open interest at 391,339. That keeps participation elevated, but not in a way that yet confirms a clean regime reversal.
For now, this reads as recovery without higher-timeframe confirmation.
The move improved the headline. The structure has not fully improved with it.
