UK-based Azets has completed the integration of East Anglian accountancy and business advisory practice Ensors.
The integration concludes a year after Ensors joined Azets. Over the past year, the businesses completed the integration in stages.
The acquisition gave Azets an entry point into East Anglia and expands its regional presence.
Azets regional managing director David Scrivener said: “Today is an important milestone and the natural next step in our journey with Azets.

Ensors’ six offices in Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Huntingdon, Ipswich, Norwich, and Saxmundham now operate under the Azets name.
Azets noted that Ensors clients will continue working with their local teams while gaining access to its specialist services, sector expertise, technology and international resources.

Azets recently picked Simon Prior as its tax director for Devon and Cornwall.
