Bitcoin has returned to one of the most important long term valuation regions on the chart.
The shaded structure represents the historical macro support band that has repeatedly separated late stage weakness from long term accumulation. Bitcoin has tested this region during every major cycle reset since 2011.
The pattern is consistent.
After a major expansion, price loses momentum, falls back toward the band and begins spending time around it. Weekly RSI simultaneously compresses toward the low forties. This combination has appeared near the 2011 bottom, the 2015 accumulation range, the 2018 cycle bottom, the 2020 crash, the 2022 bear market and now again in 2026.
These periods did not always produce an immediate reversal. Some developed through several months of volatility, repeated support tests and temporary breakdowns. But historically, this band has represented the area where downside becomes increasingly limited relative to the long term upside.
The present structure is closely aligned with that historical behaviour.
Bitcoin is currently consolidating around the upper section of the macro band after falling from the cycle highs. Weekly RSI is near 43, inside the same momentum region seen during previous bottoming and accumulation phases. Selling pressure remains visible, but momentum is no longer positioned like a market entering the first stage of decline. It is positioned like a market that has already absorbed a substantial reset.
most important level is the band itself.
Holding and reclaiming the upper boundary would strengthen the case that the correction has reached its mature stage. Continued movement inside the band would still be consistent with historical accumulation. A sustained loss of the entire structure would weaken the comparison and open the possibility of a deeper final test toward the lower boundary.
The chart does not guarantee that the exact bottom is already complete. It shows that Bitcoin has returned to a region where major bottoms have repeatedly formed.
Price is testing long term value. Momentum is testing historical bottom levels.
market is no longer far from the area where previous cycles turned.
