Gold Closes at Highs: Will the Rally Continue Next Week?

Hello everyone:

Gold staged a strong breakout this week, firmly establishing itself above the $4,300 mark, driven by robust bullish momentum. It is worth noting that gold had previously consolidated near $4,000 for nearly two months; this prolonged period of choppy price action caused many traders to lose confidence in the metal. However, the upcoming release of CPI and PPI data is highly likely to propel gold prices to new highs.

We are pleased to report that we achieved excellent returns for four consecutive days this week—from Monday through Thursday. This success stemmed from our precise analysis of the gold market, specifically by identifying key trends and trading based on critical resistance and support levels. On Friday, we adopted a cautious stance and stayed on the sidelines due to the release of the Non-Farm Payrolls (NFP) data.

I firmly believe that safety must always be the top priority in trading. Our approach involves first determining the market trend and then executing trades based on three key indicators: 1) “double-top” resistance and “double-bottom” support levels; 2) the 0.618 and 0.382 Fibonacci retracement levels; and 3) gold’s price action during the European trading session.

Trading based on these three indicators yields a high success rate because they represent vital real-time analysis rather than merely static technical metrics. If you are interested in receiving high-accuracy trading signals, please feel free to contact me for further discussion.

Market Analysis for Next Week:
Gold formed a strong bullish candle this week, signaling a continuation of the upward trend. The market retains the momentum to test new highs next week. However, short-term resistance is concentrated in the $4,380–$4,400 range; a technical pullback is highly likely if the price reaches this zone. If gold successfully holds above $4,400, the upside potential will expand, paving the way for a test of the $4,500–$4,540 region. Key support lies near the $4,300–$4,310 level—the starting point of the rally triggered by the NFP data—making this the ideal zone for initiating long positions next week.
