**S&P 500 / ES1! Weekly Analysis | 28 September ā 2 October 2026**
The S&P 500 is getting very close to reaching a **new all-time high**.
But below the current price, there is some very interesting **Sell-Side Liquidity**.
Especially the **September 16 low** stands out, with that long downside wick. And below that, we also have **Equal Lows around 7,362.25**.
So there is plenty of liquidity below the market.
And then there is the famous saying:
**āSell in May and go away.ā**
But what if this time the usual seasonal pattern doesn’t play out?
What if instead of **āSell in Mayā**, we get a **āSell in Octoberā**?
On October 1, the final quarter of the year begins. Perhaps the market wants to start Q4 with a correction ā first targeting the Sell-Side Liquidity around the September 16 low and potentially the **Equal Lows at 7,362.25**.
Of course, this is only a scenario.
The market could just as easily take the all-time high first and continue higher.
**ATH above.
Sell-Side Liquidity below.
Q4 starts on October 1.**
It will be interesting to see which side gets taken first.
**We will see.**
